The Long-Term Care surveys, with questions developed by the Scripps Gerontology Center at Miami University, were conducted by Vital Research, LLC, in contract with the Department of Aging. Those survey results were scored out of a possible 100 points. The statewide average for assisted-living facilities was 85.2.
