Carolyn Joseph, BSN, RN, is the Executive Director at Kingston Residence of Vermilion, assisted living, (formerly The Inn at Chappel Creek) where she has been for nearly 20 years.  Her Bachelor of Science in Nursing is from the University of Rhode Island with an MLS/IRM from Syracuse University.

Carolyn has worked in healthcare for many years in New Jersey, New York, and Ohio.  For the last 25 years her focus has been in skilled nursing and assisted living.  She enjoys the challenges of managing a care facility and problem-solving as needed.

When not at work Carolyn spends time with her children and grandchildren while enjoying Lake Erie.

Andrea Moyer, RN, is the Director of Nursing at Kingston Residence of Vermilion. Andi’s experience in nursing includes work in hospitals, acute care, skilled nursing, and hospice. Combined, Andi totals close to 30 years of nursing experience (20 years as a DON) which continue to grow each year with Kingston. Her nursing knowledge and experience is respected by many in the field and can be witnessed daily through her dedication to her residents and staff.   

In her spare time, Andi can be found tending her to home “zoo” where she has a unique variety of animals that call her home, home.

Hailee Sage is the Community Relations Specialist for Kingston Healthcare, responsible for connecting with the community both internally and externally.

Hailee has been in the field of Gerontology for 8 years and has loved every second of it. Her experiences includes a MA in Gerontology, BA in Psychology and experience in various roles within a senior living community. Hailee is truly humbled and honored to be able to assist our older adults on a daily basis and takes great pride in helping families along the way.

In her spare time, you can find Hailee on the softball field or outside running around with her two children and husband.

Katelyn Reagan is the Activities Director at Kingston Residence of Vermilion. Katy has worked with Kingston for 12 years and has established herself as a “go to” person for both residents and family members. Katy started at Kingston in 2012 as a Resident Service Provider during the night shift and promoted to activities in 2018. Katy is well versed in all departments and is an asset to our building.  You can find Katy calling Bingo, planning events, providing one-on-one activities with residents along with small group activities. In her free time you can find Katy gardening, listening to music, and going on walks outside.
